Establishing the foundation for this conference was the History of SPATA Exhibition by Miłosz Pierwoła, Esq. that underscored the importance of starting on this medical tourism initiative. The exhibit documents how an unlikely group of Polish-American travel agents that started a similar initiative in tourism grew their project into one of the most successful Polish organizations in the world and became some of the most influential global Polish ambassadors that shaped international policy, world economics, and Poland’s image on the world stage. This inspiring exhibit ignited the ambitions of the crowd and paid respects to the heights that Polish people can achieve when they focus on a common goal.

The exhibition premiered in the Polish Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands, in Poland at the Future Tourism Congress in Kołobrzeg, and now in the United States at the Polish Consulate in New York City.
